What the call was
A customer told their AI assistant what they needed done, and onepick picked your business for them. Our assistant then phoned you to ask for an appointment for that customer. It said at the start that it is an AI assistant calling for a customer and that the call is recorded and transcribed, and it gave a number to call back.
We call between 9am and 6pm your time, at most 2 times for one customer’s request and 3 times in any 30 days.
What it costs you
Customers we send you cost you nothing. There is no fee, no commission and nothing to sign up for. Nobody can pay to be picked: the pick rests on distance, license status, how widely a business is listed, and whether it answers and books.
A booking call is never a sales call. We will not pitch you anything on the phone, and nothing said on a booking call is used to market to you. This page is the only way a business comes to us.
Stop AI calls to my number
Enter the number we called. This takes effect at once and is permanent. You stay in our picks: a customer we pick your business for gets your number and calls you themselves.
Remove my business from picks
We will stop picking your business for customers. It takes effect once we have verified that the request came from the business, so that nobody can remove a competitor. A person checks each request and may write to the email address you give.
Claim my profile
Claiming tells us who speaks for your business, and lets you agree to AI booking calls on your number. Without that agreement we never place an AI call to a mobile number. It is free, and we only ever hear from businesses through this form: we do not call or write to ask you to claim.
